Empowering Women Leaders

While the panorama of gender equality in education leadership is slowly changing, we still have a long way to go. According to www.equalitycantwait.com, it will take 208 years to achieve gender equality in the United States (The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, 2019). And yet, we continue to see current and powerful examples of strong and steady leadership among some of the most visible women leaders in our world. If our real goal is educating for the future and our real clients are young people, then gender should not be a barrier when the best leadership is needed.

Few professions are as immensely rewarding and challenging at the same time as education leadership. Women present a unique set of leadership qualities and as a result, they also face some distinctive challenges. Kimberly works with women on developing their own authentic leadership styles, empowering them be at their best.

"Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence and making sure that impact lasts in your absence."
